While Creative Director at IDDI, I guided the creative strategy and identity for Canal Park II, an elegant 250,000-square-foot office development in North Miami Beach. Crafted in collaboration with IDEA architects, the project redefines premium workspace through architectural refinement and placemaking. Positioned within the Eastern Shores enclave along the Intracoastal Canal, Canal Park II weaves together timeless glass facades, water-oriented design, and curated amenities. Under my direction, the concept embraced seamless synergy of indoor–outdoor transitions, luminous materiality, and a sophisticated sense of arrival—all to foster an inspiring, enduring destination for modern enterprise.
