Our Process
01 client onboardingFirst we have a discovery call and send a proposal for services. After the agreement is signed, the deposit is paid and the design questionnaire is filled out, we kick off the project. We discuss project vision, timelines, scope of work and deliverables
02 Concept DesignConcept Design builds on what we outlined during the client onboarding. Together, we shape a clear vision using mood boards and space planning that sets the tone and becomes our established guide for the design development stage. This phase takes approximately 3-4 weeks. All feedback is addressed in design development phase.
03 design developmentThis is where ideas take form. Layouts are refined, materials are selected, and each detail is considered. Through renderings, drawings, and curated visuals, the design becomes formed. This step ensures confidence and alignment before anything is built or ordered. This phase takes approximately 6-10 weeks. We include one round of revisions. Detailed plans and specifications are created for your builder and collaborators.
04 Procurment & Project Management5 months out, we confirm all furnishings. Invoice is paid in full. 4 months out, we place orders and manage all product orders, vendor management, damage claims, tracking and warehousing. We provide support during construction to attend site visits, review shop drawings and attend showrooms for an hourly rate as a design retainer.
05 Installation and wrap-up30-60 days out, we confirm completion date with contractor, schedule the install date and project photography. Installation & photography takes 1-3 days. Client walk through 1-2 hours. 30-90 days, complete all outstanding tasks.
