We collaborated with Kolter to develop the interior design vision for One Tampa, a premier high-rise residential tower set to redefine luxury living in downtown Tampa. The project involved crafting a cohesive design language across the tower’s public areas, amenities, and residential interiors—balancing urban sophistication with Florida’s relaxed elegance.Drawing from Tampa’s evolving skyline and coastal setting, the design features warm materials, clean architectural lines, and refined details that create a sense of timeless comfort and understated luxury. From the arrival experience to the resident amenities and private units, every space was curated to reflect Kolter’s commitment to high-quality, lifestyle-driven developments.
