While Creative Director of IDDI, I spearheaded the creative vision for Allure, a transformative multi-family development in North Miami. Occupying a two-acre site at 1810 NE 146th Street, the 20-story tower delivers 360 thoughtfully composed residential units. The design’s syntax—highlighted by an elevated amenity deck seamlessly bridging the tower and adjacent garage—creates a dynamic, integrated living experience. Under my leadership, the project embraced modern livability, refined community aesthetics, and strategic design cohesion that positioned Allure as a new beacon for urban development in North Miami.
