I led the interior design of over 80 apartment types, each meticulously planned and documented across three distinct styles—Contemporary, Classic, and Neo-Classic—offering a tailored living experience for a diverse resident profile. At the heart of the residential offering is the Sky Lounge, an exclusive amenities level for residents. Designed as a serene yet sophisticated escape in the clouds, it includes lounge areas, fitness, and wellness zones—all with panoramic views over the city and Red Sea. The result is a seamless integration of style, scale, and sky-high comfort.
