A commercial interior design project
Kulé Enkaji
Nestled along the quiet curve of Utonga Bay, this resort is envisioned as a serene threshold between land, water, and culture. Every villa is designed to honor the region’s extraordinary context: the vast, golden plains of the Serengeti, the resilient flora that thrives here, and the rich, living traditions of the Maasai people.
Rather than imposing a foreign aesthetic, the design draws from what’s already present. The form and materiality of each structure echo the tactility of local architecture: woven textures, warm earth tones, and silhouettes that respond to wind, sun, and view. Interiors remain grounded in natural elements: stone, timber, and handmade finishes that tell a story of place, not just design.
