With soaring ceilings ranging from 12 to 14 feet, the scale alone invites drama, and the ceiling details rise to the occasion, echoing the grandeur of a luxury hotel lobby. Every space within the home feels like its own distinct venue in an intimate boutique hotel, each with a unique personality yet woven together into a seamless, cohesive whole.

The palette is fearless, featuring hues that demand attention and reward a closer look. Rich walnut, honed limestone, quartzite and fabric-laminated glass sit alongside copper accents, custom murals, and one-of-a-kind Murano glass chandeliers. Every finish is chosen to tell a story—layered, tactile, and timeless. When complete, this home will be nothing short of a showpiece: a work of art designed to be lived in.
