The Vale House

Designed with intention from the ground up, The Vale House is a custom home that feels just right, today and decades from now. Every square foot is purposeful, tailored to how the family truly lives and centered on wellness. It’s a home that can expand and adapt as the children grow, yet remain warm and welcoming when the nest feels a little quieter.

Its aesthetic draws from the beauty just beyond its walls: the lush greenery and shimmering lake that embrace the property, as well as the rich, grounded tones of Yorkshire, a nod to the family’s heritage. Inside, Roman Clay accent walls bring a soft, organic texture, while green quartzite countertops and brass fittings offer depth and richness. High-contrast black and white flooring and accents add structure and energy to the space. The home features a golf simulator, a gym, an infrared sauna and outdoor ice bath.
