As Design Director at DWP Dubai, I led the design of Hilton’s new regional headquarters in Dubai—an agile, future-facing workspace that reflects the brand’s legacy of hospitality while supporting its evolving corporate culture. The design balances professionalism with warmth, creating a series of dynamic, flexible environments that encourage collaboration, focus, and connection. Hospitality cues are woven throughout the space—from welcoming lounge areas to refined material palettes—blurring the line between hotel and workplace. The layout was developed to foster both productivity and well-being, with thoughtful adjacencies, curated breakout zones, and panoramic views that connect the team to the energy of the city beyond. This new headquarters positions Hilton not only as a leader in hospitality but also as a pioneer in workplace experience.
