Perched to take in a sweeping, unforgettable view, this 70s ranch had good bones and an unbeatable vantage point—but it needed a new story. We are currently reimagining every inch, transforming its dated redwoods and burnt orange terracotta tiles into a serene retreat that celebrates the landscape beyond.

The design draws the eye outward, opening spaces to frame the view as the home’s true centerpiece. A softer palette replaces the heaviness of the past, with natural textures and refined finishes that feel fresh yet timeless. Every room now works in harmony with the outdoors, blurring the line between inside and out.

What was once simply a house with a view will soon be a destination in itself—a place to unwind, reconnect, and live beautifully above it all.
